It may sounds strange but did you know babies aren’t born with the skill of being able to fall asleep independently as they get older? They are born with a biological drive to sleep, but often we need to show them how
Today Laura discusses what teaching independent sleep is, why it can be beneficial for you and your family, what is involved and how by working with a sleep coach you can have your family sleeping more peacefully through loving sleep coaching support.
