Gently sleep training my two year old - Interview with Georgie from The Tambourine Social
Welcome back to Season Two of the Rest is Best podcast! I'm so excited for this season as I have loads of special guests lined up plus I will be hosting bite sized episodes each week with step by step, detailed tips and tricks to get you and your family a little more rest.
In today's episode I speak with Georgie from the Tambourine Social who I worked 1:1 with, gently transitioning her co-sleeping almost 2 year old to her own big girl bed.
At 20 months Hazel was needing mum or dad to lie down with her for up to 2 hours to go to sleep ad bedtime and for her lunch nap. This had become quite inconvenient for Georgie and her husband Guy, but they were worried that it was too late to change anything.
With the help and support of my gentle 1:1 sleep coaching we had Hazel falling asleep completely independently and sleeping through the night within a week! Georgie is here to give you a raw and honest take on the experience and share how much sleep coaching has changed their lives.
You can do all of this and more through my Halcyon Sleep Online Courses: 4 Months - 4 Years or working 1:1 with me.
